We had to take our 2 year old son. They got us in and seen quickly. The nurse we had- I wish I got her name, was wonderful! She helped calm our son down and was able to administer the medicine he needed quickly and effectively. The doctor was also very kind and had a great demeanor with our son, gave him some high fives to help get his guard down. The place was clean and we’d definitely come here again if needed.

Was surprised there was no waiting on a Saturday night. Staff was very attentive. Was very impressed with Dr. Jordan Richardson. He was thorough and took the time to listen & understand my issues. Highly, highly recommend him to anyone needing care. On another note, your nurses need updated instruction on how to administer IV's & take blood without causing so much pain. I suggest having the hospital phlobotomist give updated classes for them. She was fabulous while I was in the hospital. Didn't feel a thing.

Registration, nursing, X-rays and results were timely and compassionate. Yes, they do X-rays here! Wonderful staff. Appreciation for Mario, Kylie and Megan. They were personable and helpful. *The sleeve compression ankle socks are a revelation and make walking so much easier. Thank you for the tip.

I had a very good experience at Corwell Health Urgent Care Center in Troy MI on Square Lk Rd and Dequinder. I wasn’t able to be seen at my General Practitioner’s office, but knew I needed to be seen by a doctor. So I turned to this Urgent Care center for treatment. The front desk staff was friendly, extremely accommodating, and very efficient. They made my check-in process quick and easy. I was seen by the initial med assistant with in 10 minutes who did my assessment before the PA came in to see me. She took the time to address my concerns and what questions I had. She explained and was very clear about my diagnosis and treatment plan. The facility was extremely clean, the treatment room was extremely clean, it was run very smoothly and in an organized manner that made me very comfortable with my choice of visit. I was appreciative that everyone was attentive, I didn’t feel rushed and I can’t recommend this Corwell urgent care center in Troy Michigan highly enough!

I brought my mom to this urgent care and we had a very good experience. The staff was friendly and professional from the moment we walked in. Dr. Essa Hattar was kind and took his time listening to my mom’s concerns. He explained everything clearly and made sure she felt comfortable with the treatment. We really appreciated his care and patience. Medical assistant Riyam was also very sweet and helpful. She made my mom feel at ease and kept everything running smoothly. The clinic was clean and the wait wasn’t long. I’m very thankful for the care my mom received and would definitely recommend this urgent care.
